For over 30 years, Créat has developed expertise in tooling design and the molding process. This experience enables us to ensure a production quality that meets our customers’ needs. We offer high-end parts, both in terms of the technical characteristics of the material, our tooling, our molding processes, and the high-level aesthetic finish.

To deliver parts that meet the stringent requirements of precision markets, we systematically carry out an optical inspection with triple control: appearance, dimensions, and flatness. This ensures that 100% of our parts comply with your needs. This optical inspection is configured and calibrated based on our experience and after consultation with our customers.

To enhance the mechanical properties and performance of our high-precision parts, we offer various coatings solutions.

A real advantage: we design and machine most of our tools in-house. This allows us to respond quickly to your requests and deliver small quantities within a very short lead time.

For larger quantities, we collaborate with specialized European precision partners to manufacture high-performance tools. However, the design of the outsourced tooling is still carried out at Créat.

From prototype to large-scale production, we cater to all your needs. Thanks to our in-house mold design, we ensure short production lead times for small series.
